Where is Eleanor’s located?
Eleanor’s farmhouse/outdoor ceremony area is 25 minutes south of Topeka, and the White Barn is located just a ½ mile south of that.
Do you charge a damage deposit?
Yes. Deposits are required and will be fully refunded after the event, if the facilities are in the same condition prior to rental.
Do you have any vendor regulations?
We do not have any vendor regulations. Outside alcohol is allowed.
Are tables and chairs included and what do you have?
Yes! Tables and chairs are included in the rental price. We currently have enough round tables and chairs for 120 guests, plus rectangle tables for food, gifts, DJ, etc.
Do you have a sound system?
We have a very basic sound system that is available to rent. It can used inside or outside.
Do you allow fireworks/sparklers?
We allow sparklers but bigger fireworks must be approved with the staff.
Is the barn climate controlled?
The barn is heated but not cooled. The 2 large barn doors can add air circulation in the heat of the summer.
